Llanfyllin Town Council 137 Grants 2015 – Apply now
Llanfyllin Town Council is now accepting applications from local Community groups for 137 Grants from for the year 2015.
137 Grants are to be considered for organizations/causes/projects that:
a) Provide a LOCAL service which benefits/assists LOCAL people
b) Improves Town/Local area facilities in the way of
i) additional or new facilities
ii) safer facilities
c) Makes Town facilities more widely available to local residents
d) improves local environment
e) funds local projects that otherwise could not start or continue to operate without the requested funding
f) will see a substantial difference from the authorized funding.
Council funding should NOT be considered for projects/services that are:
a) National Organisations (albeit they are of benefit to local residents)
b) Adequately funded through alternative sources.
Further information and application forms, which need to be completed and returned by 31st October, can be obtained from the Town Clerk.
